• Account information — When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase).
• Usage data — We store your checklist progress, notes, contacts, costs, and dates that you enter into the platform. This data is associated with your account and stored in our database.
• Payment information — When you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We receive confirmation of your plan and subscription status from Stripe.
• Communications — If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the LandToKeys platform
• To save and sync your progress and notes across sessions
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send you account-related emails (confirmations, password resets)
• To respond to your questions or support requests

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Netlify — Platform hosting and deployment
• Anthropic — AI-powered responses via the Claude API (your questions are sent to the API but not stored by us)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

6. Cookies

We use browser local storage (not cookies) to remember your session and preferences, such as whether you have dismissed the onboarding banner. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

LandToKeys is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
